There is no form.Just The Number.

Every way to reach CDM Systems is on this page — one number that rings and takes text messages, one email address, and the hours behind both. The work happens in your building, so there is nothing here to drive to. The phone is how it starts.

Three ways in

Phone, text or email —All of them reach us.

They are not interchangeable, though. Each one suits a different kind of first message, and picking the right one saves a round trip.

01 / Phone

Call and describethe problem out loud.

Most of what has to be known comes out in the first two minutes of a conversation — which building, what is failing, whether it is new construction or something already buried in the walls. A form cannot ask a follow-up question.

  • One number for every kind of job
  • New construction, retrofit and repair all start here
  • Have the address and roughly what the building is
  • No phone tree and no ticket number
Call (770) 828-5748
02 / Text

Send a text tothe same number.

The number takes SMS. A photograph of the closet, the rack or the label on the equipment usually explains more than a paragraph does, and it is easier to send while standing in front of it.

  • Same number as the phone line
  • Photographs of the closet, rack or panel help
  • Good for a question that does not need a call
  • Useful when a call is awkward at either end
Text (770) 828-5748
03 / Email

Email the plans, the scope, the drawings.

For a builder set, a floor plan, an equipment list or a bid document, email is the right channel. The file arrives attached and stays attached to the thread that the written quote comes back on.

  • Bid documents and builder schedules
  • Everything stays in writing for later

After you call

What actually happensOnce you get through.

Nothing complicated, and nothing that costs anything until there is a written scope in front of you to say yes or no to.

The first conversation

What the building is, what is failing or what is being built, and roughly when. Most of it gets sorted out in the first few minutes. If the job is outside what CDM does, you hear that on the call rather than after a visit booked to say it in person.

01

Booking the walk-through

We agree a time to come and look. For a house that means walking it with you. For a church it means a weekday, because a Sunday morning is the worst possible time to be up a ladder in the sanctuary.

02

The assessment itself

We look at what is actually installed rather than what the box it came in claims: where the line enters, what is in the closet or the rack, how the cable is run, where the coverage stops, and what has been labeled. You get the findings whether or not you hire us.

03

If there are no walls yet

On new construction the visit is a drawing review instead. Pre-wire decisions are close to free while the studs are open and expensive once they are not, so the earlier the call lands the more of them are still available.

04

The written quote

A scope in writing with the work and the equipment listed, so it can be read against another quote line by line. Nothing is priced over the phone, because a number given before anyone has seen the building is a guess with a decimal point in it.

05

Whichever way you go

If you go ahead, the work is scheduled, installed, labeled and documented, and the credentials are handed over in your name. If you do not, you keep the findings and that is the end of it.

CDM Systems is a service-area business. The work happens at your building, so the address is a mailing detail rather than somewhere to visit. Hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and closed on weekends. Everything below is inside a drive that is worth making.

Common questions

Asked beforeAnybody dials.

The things people want settled before they spend a phone call finding them out.

Should I call, text or email?

Call if something is broken or you are trying to describe a building, because a conversation gets there faster than typing does. Text the same number if you would rather send a photograph of the closet, the rack or the label on the equipment, which often explains more than a paragraph. Email is the right channel for floor plans, equipment lists and bid documents, because they arrive as attachments and stay on the thread the quote comes back on.

01

Do you have an office or showroom I can visit?

No. CDM Systems is a service-area business working out of Bremen, GA 30110. There is no counter, no showroom and nothing on a shelf to look at, because the equipment is chosen for the building rather than picked off a display. The work happens at your property instead, and it starts with the free assessment.

02

What hours is CDM Systems open?

Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, closed weekends. A call or a text outside those hours still lands; it simply waits for a weekday. If the job itself has to happen on an evening or a weekend — a church that cannot lose a Sunday, an office that cannot lose a workday — that gets scheduled deliberately rather than treated as an emergency.

03

How far from Bremen do you travel?

Bremen is the base, and the towns closest to it are a short drive: Waco, Buchanan, Temple, Mt. Zion, Tallapoosa, Carrollton, Villa Rica and Bowdon. Beyond that CDM regularly works Cedartown, Rockmart, Douglasville, Dallas, Hiram, Newnan, Powder Springs and Peachtree City. If you are further out than that, call and ask instead of assuming, because the answer depends on the job.

04

What happens during the free network assessment, and does it cost anything?

It costs nothing and it carries no obligation. We walk the building and look at what is really there — where the line enters, what is in the closet or the rack, how the cable is run, where the wireless coverage stops, and what has been labeled. Then you are told plainly what is fine, what is a problem and what it would take to fix it. You keep those findings whether or not you hire us, including the ones that end with you not needing to spend anything.
