Design, cabling, equipment, configuration and ongoing support — all of it in house. Cameras, door access and production AV run on the same UniFi platform as the network, so the property is one managed system instead of four vendors pointing at each other.

WiFi, inside and out
Full interior coverage plus the parts everyone forgets — patios, pools, grounds, shops and detached structures. With cellular failover that rolls over when the ISP drops.
WiFi & outdoor coverageStructured cabling & pre-wire
Cat6 and fiber routed with intent, professionally terminated, tested and labeled at both ends. On new construction we coordinate drops and conduit with the builder before drywall.
Structured cablingRacks, NAS & commissioning
Rack buildout with cable management you would show someone, NAS storage for local backup, then full configuration, coverage testing and a documented handoff.
Racks & NASCameras & access control
UniFi Protect cameras placed for coverage and for how the building looks — recorded on site, not in someone else’s cloud, with no monthly subscription. Plus keycard, mobile and keypad entry.
Cameras & accessProduction AV
Production audio, video and DMX lighting for churches and venues that have to produce a service every week — designed onto the same network as everything else, not bolted beside it.

The cabling contractor leaves
A cable is pulled to a spot nobody ends up using, terminated by whoever was cheapest, and never tested. It is inside the wall now. Everything after this inherits it.

The network guy arrives
He did not choose the drop locations and cannot move them. So the access points go where there happens to be a cable, not where the coverage needs them.

The camera company arrives
Different app, different recorder, different login, and a switch nobody accounted for. The camera VLAN either does not exist or is the same flat network as everything else.

Something breaks on a Friday
Three vendors, three phone numbers, and each one has a reason it is one of the other two. Nobody owns the outcome because nobody ever owned the whole path.
