OFFICIAL RULES — TERMS AND CONDITIONS

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO ATTEND ANY SALES PRESENTATION TO ENTER OR WIN.

1. Sponsor. CDM Systems, LLC, Bremen, Georgia 30110, (770) 828-5748, info@cdmsystemsllc.com ("CDM").

2. Entry period. The giveaway begins Monday, October 12, 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time and ends Friday, November 6, 2026 at 5:00 PM Eastern Time.

3. Who can enter. The giveaway is open to businesses that, at the time of entry: (a) operate from a commercial location within 50 miles, measured in a straight line, of Bremen, Georgia; (b) occupy an existing, finished space of approximately 1,500 to 3,000 square feet; (c) have active internet service at that location; (d) have, or can obtain before installation, written approval from the landlord or building owner for low-voltage cabling and a wall-mounted equipment rack; and (e) have a location that meets the Installation Requirements in Section 6. The entry must be submitted by an owner, officer or manager who is at least 18 years old and authorized to act for the business. Residences and home-based businesses are not eligible. CDM, its owner, members of his immediate family and household, and businesses they own are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

4. How to enter. Complete and submit the entry form at cdmsystemsllc.com/giveaway during the entry period. Limit one entry per business location. Entries that are incomplete, false or submitted by automated means are void. Liking, sharing or commenting on a social media post, or tagging anyone in one, is not required and is not an entry. Requesting or declining the optional free network assessment has no effect on eligibility or on the chance of winning.

5. Prize. One (1) prize will be awarded: a business-grade network installed at the winner's eligible location, consisting of (a) network equipment: one Ubiquiti UniFi cloud gateway, one 8-port PoE switch, two WiFi 6 access points, and a wall-mounted rack with patch panel, power distribution and shelf; (b) two Cat6 cable runs; (c) professional installation and configuration, including a standard copper or fiber handoff from the winner's internet provider; and (d) twelve (12) months of CDM managed network service beginning on the installation date, consisting of remote monitoring reviewed during business hours, scheduled firmware and security updates, remote support during business hours, administration of manufacturer warranty claims, and two onsite service visits of up to two hours each.

Approximate retail value: $5,667.57 ($1,299.00 equipment, $804.57 installation, $3,564.00 service). CDM may substitute equipment of equal or greater value.

The winner pays nothing to CDM for the prize: no fees, no travel charges, no contract and no obligation to buy anything. Title to the equipment passes to the winner when installation is complete. When the 12 months of service end, the winner may choose a paid service plan or let the service end, with no obligation.

Not included: internet service and any internet provider charges; additional cable runs, access points or devices; setup of the business's own computers, printers, point-of-sale systems, phones, cameras or other devices; electrical work; construction or repair of the space; and service or repairs needed because of misuse, physical damage, power events, water, pests or work by others. The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or moved to a different location before installation.

6. Installation requirements. The prize can be installed only at a location that meets all of the following, as determined by CDM at a site visit:

(a) Rack location. A dry, indoor, climate-controlled (heated and cooled) space with a clear section of wall that can safely carry a wall-mounted equipment rack secured to the building structure, with room to work in front of it.

(b) Power. A working, grounded electrical outlet at the rack location. CDM does not perform electrical work. Any outlet that has to be added or repaired is the winner's responsibility and cost and must be completed before installation.

(c) Internet handoff. The internet provider's modem or handoff must be at the rack location or able to be connected to it with a standard cable.

(d) Cable pathway. Simple, safe access above the ceiling between the rack location and both access point locations: a drop (lay-in tile) ceiling or an open ceiling with a clear path, reachable from a standard ladder without a lift. Solid drywall or plaster ceilings with no access, sealed or fire-rated barriers that would have to be opened, conduit, and drilling through concrete or masonry are outside the prize.

(e) Safe conditions. No suspected asbestos, exposed electrical hazards, water intrusion, pest infestation or other condition that CDM considers unsafe to work in.

(f) Access. Access to the space, the ceiling and the rack location during normal weekday business hours on the installation date, with an adult representative of the business present.

If the location does not meet these requirements, the potential winner may correct them at its own cost before the scheduled installation date. Otherwise the prize is forfeited and CDM will draw an alternate. CDM may also stop an installation that has begun if it finds an unsafe or concealed condition, and will then treat the location as not meeting these requirements.

CDM will use reasonable care and standard installation practices, including the small fastener holes and cable openings the work requires. CDM is not responsible for pre-existing or concealed conditions or for cosmetic repair beyond normal installation. Work required by a landlord or authority beyond CDM's standard installation, such as permits or conduit, is not included.

7. Odds. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Drawing and notification. On Monday, November 9, 2026, CDM will select one potential winner at random from all eligible entries and will contact that business by phone and email. The potential winner must respond within three (3) business days and must then (a) allow a site visit to confirm eligibility and the Installation Requirements, (b) provide landlord or building owner approval, (c) provide a completed IRS Form W-9, and (d) sign a prize acceptance and release and a no-cost service acknowledgment describing the included service. If the potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond in time, is not eligible, does not meet the Installation Requirements or declines the prize, CDM will draw an alternate from the remaining eligible entries.

9. Installation date. CDM will install the prize on a date agreed with the winner, targeted for the week of November 16, 2026 and no later than December 31, 2026 unless the winner asks for a later date.

10. Taxes. The winner is responsible for any taxes on the prize. The winner must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 before installation, and CDM will report the prize value to the IRS where required.

11. Publicity. By accepting the prize, the winner allows CDM to photograph and record video of the location before, during and after installation, and to use those images together with the business's name and city in CDM's marketing, without further payment, except where prohibited by law.

12. Use of entry information. CDM will use the information on the entry form to run this giveaway and to contact entrants about the giveaway and CDM's services. CDM does not sell entry information. Entrants may ask CDM to stop contacting them at any time.

13. General conditions. CDM may disqualify any entry that does not follow these rules or that involves tampering or fraud. If the giveaway cannot run as planned for reasons beyond CDM's control, CDM may suspend or modify it, and if entries have already been received, CDM will award the prize by random drawing from the eligible entries received up to that point.

14. Release. To the extent permitted by law, entrants release CDM from claims arising out of participation in the giveaway. The installed equipment is covered by its manufacturers' warranties. CDM makes no other warranty about the prize beyond the service described in Section 5.

15. Social media. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta or any other social media platform.

16. Winner list. The winning business's name and city will be posted at cdmsystemsllc.com/giveaway after the prize is accepted, and may be requested by email at info@cdmsystemsllc.com through December 31, 2026.

17. Governing law. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
