The site collectsAlmost Nothing.

Nothing directly. There are no contact forms anywhere on this site. There is no field to type into, no account to create, no newsletter signup and no chat widget. Every way of reaching us is a plain link that opens your own phone app or your own mail app, so the message goes from you to us without passing through anything we run.

The site sets no cookies. It stores nothing in your browser. It runs no analytics of any kind — no Google Analytics, no Google Tag Manager, no Meta or advertising pixel, no session recording or heatmap tool. Nobody is being followed around this website, because there is nothing here doing the following.

Two things happen when a page loads that are worth naming, because they involve companies other than CDM.

Fonts. The typefaces used on this site are served by two font providers — Fontshare (api.fontshare.com) and Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). Those are the only requests any page here makes to anyone other than the site itself. To send a font back, those providers necessarily receive your IP address along with standard request information such as your browser and operating system. That happens under their own privacy policies, not this one, and CDM does not receive anything from them in return.

Hosting. The site is hosted on Vercel as static files. Like any web server, theirs keeps ordinary access logs — the IP address that requested a page, the page requested, and a timestamp. Those logs exist to run and secure the service. CDM does not use them to build a profile of anyone, and does not combine them with anything else.

When you call, text or email, you tell us things: your name, your phone number, the address of the property, and a description of what is not working or what you are building. We use that information to answer you, to schedule a visit, to prepare a quote and to carry out the work if you hire us. That is the whole purpose it is used for.

It lives in ordinary business records — the phone, the email account, and the quoting and invoicing system used to run the business. It is shared only where doing the work requires it, such as with a supplier ordering equipment for your job or a trade coordinating on the same site. It is not passed to anyone else.

CDM Systems, LLC does not sell, rent or trade personal information. Your details are not added to a marketing list, sold to a lead broker, or shared with advertising partners. There is no arrangement of that kind, and this site is not built to support one.

We will tell you what we have, correct anything that is wrong, and delete what you ask us to delete, other than records we are required to keep — an invoice, for example, sits in the accounting records for as long as tax rules require, and a job record is what a warranty question is answered from later.

This site is not directed at children, and CDM does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

If what this site does ever changes — if a contact form, an analytics tag or a scheduling tool is added — this page gets rewritten to say so. The version published here is always the current one.
